Ally first discovered yoga in her late teens and couldn’t believe how quickly it transformed her life. She found it so liberating to move in a way that resonated with her so deeply and connected her to body and mind in a way she had never experienced before. From that moment on she wanted more and knew she would to become a teacher in order to share the practice and help others to heal with yoga the way it had healed her.
Ally has a very humble, caring nature and it shows in her teaching. She soaks her classes with a calming and compassionate, yet strong, fun and creative flare with a deep focus on honouring what feels right for the individual student. Ally takes a very holistic approach to her teaching and has a genuine desire to help people flourish in their own skin and guide them towards not only a deeper level of physical fitness, but also mental/emotional fitness and strength. She has a passion for Ayurveda and natural medicine and will often involve these elements in her classes. Ally mainly teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Myofasical Release techniques.
