After backpacking through Latin America for a year, carrying her mat on her back and practicing yoga most days, Bella’s passion for yoga was firmly established. When she returned from her travels, she developed an acute health issue where she turned to yoga, pranayama, and meditation to assist with her recovery and healing. It was then that she realised the powerful holistic benefits of yoga and developed a deep appreciation and love for these ancient practices.
Bella facilitates Trauma-Informed Yoga and her classes foster a safe space for people to explore moving in their body with their breath. She incorporates mindfulness, invitational language, and encourages an awareness of interoception, which facilitates one to connect in with their body, to make choices, and gain agency and empowerment over their body, self and life.
