Emily Robinson
Emily teaches yoga because she is interested in investigating how to deeply understand the language of the body, she does this through an invitational practice where the students feel empowered, they have the option to make choices based on how they are feeling in each moment. She invites students to tap into their own intuition, body wisdom and awareness, letting the practice be about slowing down and giving time to process.
Yoga has always been a way for Emily to access gratitude, openness and connectedness, for this reason she is consistently drawn to the practice and is passionate about sharing it with others.
She completed her yoga teacher training in 2013 but was first introduced to yoga at the age of 14.
It is important to Emily that yoga is accessible to anyone that wishes to practice, no matter what level or ability a student has. Yoga is an inclusive practice to all.
Emily is also a dance teacher and is currently studying a postgrad in counselling.
