Whitney first became fascinated by yoga when she experienced the profound effects on the body, nervous system, and mind through the breath. In guiding others to their breath through the body, she aims to be the continual part of the conversation that brings us all back to our inherent selves along the path of realizing that divinity is already within us. Through her yogic journey, she continues to discover the truth that loudly says “it is the breath that shapes our experience”. In her classes, you’ll find that she builds asana around the breath, facilitating space for a pathway into stillness, to our innate calmness.
