Vanessa views yoga as a way to deepen relationship with the body; to cultivate self-compassion and internal clarity.
Her classes serve as flowing meditations to enhance sensation of and connection to the breath. Through intuitive movement and dynamic rhythmic sequences, students are encouraged to explore their unique balance between effort and ease. Ultimately, her intention as a teacher is to hold a space for insight, expansion and empowerment.
